First Visit

At your first visit to our office you will be greeted by our treatment coordinator. She will escort you to the “New Patient/Consultation Room”. We will then provide you with an introduction to our office and discuss your orthodontic concerns and goals.

Our treatment coordinator will then provide a brief oral examination and discuss the exam process. Dr. Peters will then conduct a more comprehensive examination. He will explain his findings and make a recommendation for treatment should orthodontic treatment be necessary.

Diagnostic records are required to finalize the evaluation prior to initiating treatment. We will schedule you for records at a subsequent appointment.

Our treatment coordinator will review your financial options and applicable insurance coverage in detail prior to the beginning of treatment.
